Graphics & Extras
A preview of your design will be emailed to you within 1-4 working days from your order date. Please note that the email sending dates may vary depending on your order type
– All graphics & individual graphics such as mini plates, key rings, upper fork decals will be dispatched within 5-7 working days from the date you approve your design.
– Orders for full graphic kits (no proof) will be dispatched within 7-9 working days.
– Orders for full graphic kits with plastic will be dispatched within 8-10 working days from the date you approve your design.
Plastics
– Orders for full graphic kits with plastics (not fitted) will be dispatched within 5-7 working days from the date you approve your design.
– Orders for full graphics kit fitted to plastics will be dispatched within 8-10 working days from the date you approve your design.
Seat Covers & Parts
– Orders for seat covers & parts will be dispatched within 5-7 working days
Note:If your proof is not approved within 5 working days your order will automatically sent to production
Shipping
All UK and USA orders are dispatched via FedEx next day delivery, and all other international orders are shipped using UPS express delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
Please note that Factory Motocross Graphics is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. All orders are shipped via a tracked service, and tracking information will include the expected delivery date and time. We recommend ensuring someone is available to accept the delivery. If needed, you can change the delivery date through the tracking information provided. Once your parcel is dispatched, liability is transferred to the courier. If you cannot locate your package, please contact the courier directly.
Returns & Cancellations
As all orders are custom-made, graphic orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is an error with your graphics, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to resolve the issue. Please ensure that you have entered the correct information when placing your order.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations due to changes in personal
