    Essential Tools

    • Plastic squeegee
    • Heat gun or hairdryer
    • Stanley knife or scissors
    • Lint-free cloth or blue roll

    Graphics Installation

    Step 1: Prepare the Surface

Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from grease, oil, or dirt. Use a suitable degreaser, especially on new plastics that may have a silicone residue. Once cleaned, avoid touching the surface with your fingers to maintain a grease-free area.

    Step 2: Apply the Graphics

Begin with the largest section, aligning the graphic from the center and working outward. For larger panels, peel back a small section of the backing paper to secure alignment, then gradually remove the rest.

Use a squeegee to press the graphic firmly, avoiding air bubbles. For complex curves or textured surfaces, apply gentle heat with a hairdryer or heat gun to soften the material, making it easier to shape. Avoid excessive heat to prevent damage.

    Step 3: Secure and Settle

Once all graphics are applied, reheat the entire kit, focusing on edges and curves. Use the squeegee to press firmly, ensuring strong adhesion. Allow the bike to rest at room temperature for 24 hours to achieve maximum bond strength.

    Ultragrip Application

    Step 1: Clean Thoroughly

Clean the target area using a degreaser to remove any grease, dirt, or residue. Allow the surface to dry completely.

    Step 2: Apply Ultragrip

Carefully position the Ultragrip in the desired area. Apply gentle heat to activate the adhesive and use a squeegee to eliminate air bubbles. Trim any excess with a sharp blade.

    Step 3: Finalize Application

Reapply heat, pressing firmly to secure the Ultragrip. Allow it to settle for 24 hours at room temperature for optimal adhesion.
